Once upon a time while hanging out with my friend Laurie (friends since we were 12 years old) she served this dip with Ginger Snap cookies. It has been one of my favorites to serve at parties.
You will need
Ginger Snap Cookies for dipping
1 (8 0z.) Cream Cheese softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 Tablespoons frozen concentrate orange juice
2 Tsp. Grated orange peel
1/4 tsp. orange extract
Whip cream cheese in a mixing bowl until fluffy, add powdered sugar and cream mixture until light. Add remaining ingredients and chill. Serve with the Ginger Snaps!
