From Scratch

I will be plating up a Thanksgiving meal (Saturday after the big day) which consists entirely of foods from scratch. For this one meal everything will be either grown here at Columbia Creations or hunted down by Mister. So far, we have venison and wild turkey lined up as a protein portion.

What I am looking for... a manageable recipe for bread to make our stuffing. Bread baking just isn't easy for me.

I know practice makes perfect. Each year I have attempted to bake my own bread at least once. Never have I stood before the loaf and thought, " By Joe, I have done it, now there's a lovely loaf." Usually, it's more like what the heck did I do wrong.

Suggestions appreciated!
