That Crazy Corn

Pink silks on the corn? The corn crop this year has been an experiment across the board. The plantings were staggered two rows every two weeks. The seeds were from different types of corn as well. In the spring madness I lost track of which corn type was planted and when. I have to say this variety is pretty showy. The pink silks are vibrant and unique among the plants. There is great curiosity to taste and compare with the normal yellow silk corn. Next year I will label the rows better and keep a solid garden journal. Live and Learn!
